‘Ilda’ to resume filming

Iranian series ‘Ilda’ is slated to resume shooting.

Directed and produced by Alireza Sebt-Ahmadi, the film that was halfway through capturing scenes has stopped production over COVID-19 crisis, but will soon resume filming.

Written by Noushin Pirhayati, the 26-part series is a depiction of the life of Iranian’s living in the western part of the country during the eight-year US-backed Iraq war on Iran by Saddam Hussein.

Members of the cast include Pouriya Poursorkh, Majid Mozaffari, Fatemeh Goudarzi, Ali Dehkordi, Jafar Dehqan, and Amir-Mohammad Zand.
